Are you are looking for an alternative option rather than having to give up your feathered family member? You have found that option. We understand that the economy is horrible and living situations change. If you really want to keep your bird but things have changed in your life and you need TEMPORARY housing, we are willing to foster your bird and provide a safe haven for them. Theresa and I (Kelly) have experience in large birds as well as small birds.

While the birds are with us we work with them everyday. If you still need to find your bird a permanent home, we may be able to help you. If you are looking to or have to surrender your bird, we also will take in those birds, rehabilitate them and find an approved home for them based on space, type of bird and time allowed.
We are not equipped to take in breeder birds or a lot of birds at one time. This way we can give more individualized attention to those that are here during fostering or those that are looking for a new home. If you are trying to place your bird, we can assist you with blank adoption applications in screening for a good home.
Birds being fostered have meals cooked for them 2-3 times a day, are offered Birdie Bread (made with fresh vegetables and fruit) and are offered fresh veggie's, fruits, pasta's and other foods that are good for them.
*All Birds entering foster homes must have food and cage provided by owner.
Theresa and I would really love to see you be able to keep your bird and that is why we have offered this option to you rather than having to give up your feathered baby. So if you are interested please contact us:
